This week FMG Suite rolled out an improvement to our Happy Birthday Greeting Card Automation to support sending to multiple groups. As of today, all of the FMG Automations now support multiple groups.
Here are a few additional details:
- FMG will not send duplicate cards to contacts if they are in more than one group.
- FMG made sure to maintain a user's existing audience selection. Anyone who has been running this automation shouldn't see any changes to their existing audience.
- When a user configures this automation (screenshot below) we are not displaying the total # of contacts in that group. Instead, we are showing the total # of eligible contacts. An eligible contact for the Happy Birthday Greeting Card automation mean the contact has BOTH a (1) birthday and (2) mailing address
